This three-bedroom bungalow in Palgrave, Caledon was pretty dated when our client purchased in 2021. The bones and framework of the structure were still going strong, so only cosmetic changes were needed.

All new hardwood, kitchen and entryway herringbone porcelain & slate tile, both bathrooms gutted and re-tiled with new fixtures and finishes, all new interior doors, baseboard and casing and an overhaul of the basement built-ins and fireplace, completed the renovation and gave new life to this beautiful home!
