Tucked away on a quiet boulevard just behind busy Queen Street East, this Orchard Park home was ready for a transformation. What began as a modest cosmetic update evolved into a full-scale renovation, including complete upgrades to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Renovation Highlights

Main Floor: A new sliding door, oversized kitchen window, and the removal of the centre wall opened the main floor into a bright, inviting entertainment space. Warm tones of soft gold, cream, and natural wood accents created a cohesive and welcoming palette.
Second Floor: The hallway ceiling was vaulted to enhance openness, while strategically placed skylights throughout the level, including in the primary bedroom and ensuite, filled the home with natural light.
Bathrooms: Two newly designed bathrooms featured contemporary fixtures and finishes, blending functionality with modern elegance.
