ORCHARD PARK BLVD - 2022

On a quiet boulevard behind busy Queen St E, Orchard Park needed a facelift. What started as a smaller cosmetic project, quickly turned into a full rework of HVAC, electrical and plumbing. This addition to the project scope, even though not expected, has given our client's a much more comfortable home to live in.

When it came to the finishes chosen, a combination of soft golds, creams and wood accents, and by adding a large sliding door, massive kitchen window and removing the center wall, the main floor became an open and welcoming entertainment space.

The second floor hallway ceiling was vaulted and skylights were added here and in the master bedroom and ensuite. The two new bathrooms were beautifully designed to compliment the contemporary fixtures and finishes.
