Situated on a quiet, treelined estate subdivision in Erin, Ontario, this traditional bungalow was transformed into a bright and open concept home, complete with vaulted ceilings in the living/dining area, a spacious ensuite, new custom closets with dressing area and a beautiful custom kitchen.
All the walls on the entire main floor were removed and a custom kitchen and bespoke desk were designed with functionality and style in mind. A stone clad gas fireplace was added to create a more rustic feel in the living room and a new solid white oak staircase was installed.
The old master bedroom and closet were made into one room with custom wardrobes. A large ensuite was added and simplistic tile and fixtures were chosen to create a calm and tranquil feel.
A new exterior door to allow more light into the main living space, all new interior doors and trim, wide plank engineered white oak floor, slate tile in both the entryway and lower hallway, oriental white marble subway backsplash and beautiful gold hardware and fixtures proved that this 70's bungalow can now look and feel like a brand new home!
