MDR Design+Build worked in collaboration with the homeowner of this sweet semi in Toronto's Greektown. Mark and the team gutted and fully renovated two floors and a basement to reflect the specific design choices of the owner.
With a completely updated HVAC system using radiant in-floor heat, and air handler and ERV's, and all new electrical and plumbing, this once outdated home was brought back into the 21st Century!
